Our focus with regard to rentals is strictly in dealing with long-term rental properties. While we have managed in excess of 40 vacation rentals in the past it is not the direction we see for ourselves now or in the future. This decision gives us more time to focus on our property owners and tenants.

About Us – Personally
Meet Bill and Cyndi Daves
We are happy to take a moment and tell you a little about ourselves. We have lived and worked in the markets we service since October 1, 1999. After a year of getting our feet wet wworking with another local firm and learning the markets, we opened our own firm and franchised with Century 21. That one office grew into three until 2009 when we made the decision to focus on clients instead of managing agents. Selling that business was probably one of the best career moves we could have made as we thrive on the day-to-day involvement with our clients and customers that we get the honor to serve. We love the relationships we have built over the last (almost) 26 years here.
We are Florida natives having moved to the mountains from Tampa. We still love the beach and cherish any time we get to stick our feet in the sand.
We have four grown children including two daughters that served in the U.S. Navy as well as two grandchildren (plus three bonus “grands”). Our fur babies include three cats and one very spoiled 4.5 pound fur baby – Sophie.
When we aren’t working, we love to hook up the 5th wheel and travel, to get to the beach or visit the grands and to get outdoors and enjoy the activities people come to the mountains for including RVing, bicycling, hiking, kayaking and boating.
We are members of The River Worship Center in Blairsville where Bill is a Deacon and Cyndi serves as Outreach Pastor and sings with the Praise Team.
